Prior to joining Kennedy, John held senior management positions at Northwest Airlines, Carlson Companies, and Performark where he led the sales, marketing, and the account management teams. John brings an extensive background in direct marketing, sales channel knowledge, travel management, and performance improvement experience to Kennedy. This, coupled with his passion for developing strategic rewards and recognition programs, makes him truly unique in the industry.

John is passionate about the value of channel marketing. Prior to KRM, John held senior account, creative, media and administration management responsibilities within the co-op discipline at numerous advertising agencies. He has also served as the regional marketing director for a national homebuilder. With over 20 years successful co-op marketing experience with dozens of national brands including Syngenta, 3M, Honeywell, State Farm Insurance, Polaris, Yamaha, True Value, Papa John’s, Rapala, Lennar, Pfizer, K. Hovnanian, EcoWater Systems, Andersen Windows and more, John's proven ability to operate strategically, tactically, and operationally in the co-op marketing industry is unmatched.
